adjust water for a Soft Pilsner profile 10 min boil to pasterise chill to 35 degrees Pre-acidify to 4.4ph (14ml 80% lactic acid in this case) pitch 10 pills of Inner Health “IBS Support” pills (fridge variant), or 10 pills of Inner Health “Digestive Defence” (shelf stable) keep at 35 degrees for 24 hours Continue boil next day as usual Yeast: Lallemand Munich Classic yeast “German Wheat Style Ale Yeast”
