Recipe notes

This was a kit from The Brewstore but addapted to my gear/process. Also I didn’t want it to be hazy so I used finings.

Fermentation notes

Hopstand at 90C Added dry hops at 80% of fermentation on day 3. The recipe said 5 day dry hop but I always just leave them rather than risk oxidation.
